Vice minister of culture visited

Mrs. Nadejda Zaharieva – vice minister of culture visited “Sava Dobroplodni” Regional library on 18 October 2005. Mrs. Zaharieva met community centers’ experts from Sliven municipality in the library. They shared their anxiety for not having money for buying computers and equipment for the cultural centers. They also asked the vice minister of culture to control strictly the registration of community centers and to take precautions for not allowing any group submitted an application for registration to be registered as a community center. The community center experts commented that this was an opportunity for such groups to use privileges for personal benefit.
