ANNOUNCE

A COMPETITION FOR DRAWINGS AND

A LITERARY COMPETITION (an essay, a story, a tale)

ON TOPIC

“EUROPEAN UNION THROUGH CHILDREN’S EYES”

 The project is part of the Communication strategy of Bulgarian government for uniting Bulgaria to the EU. The project has been carried out by “Sava Dobroplodni” Regional Library-Sliven in partnership with: “G.S.Rakovski” Regional Library-Yambol, the community center’s library –Nova Zagora, the library of “St.St.Cyril and Methodius” community centre in Tvarditsa and the library of “Svetlina” community center in Pomorie.

           Children and teenagers 7-14 years of age may take part in these competitions-they are devided into two groups: 7-10 years old and 11-14 years old.

            Each participant is allowed to present not more than 2 literature writings  or 2 drawings.

            Dear participants, the competition gives you a chance to paint or tell about all the things you mostly like or appreciate. Draw and describe the world you would like to live in today and tomorrow when you grow older.

           A competent committee will select the winners.

           An exhibition of the paintings will be exposed on May 9 in Sliven during the days of the VII National Children’s Books Festival and the best works-winners will be published in a medley.
