AN EVENT DEDICATED TO THE POETESS YANA YAZOVA WAS HELD IN "SAVA DOBROPLODNI" REGIONAL LIBRARY - SLIVEN ON 13 JUNE 2018

 An event "Yana Yazova - Enigma, Fatalism and Reality" with the participation of the writer Yuliy Yordanov - author of the book "Penalty Destiny", dedicated to the  short, life-spanning life of the poetess was held on 13 June / Friday / 2018, at 5:00 am in Sava Dobroplodni Regional Library - Sliven. The event was attended by Sliven poets and writers, journalists, Bulgarian language and literature teachers, fans of Yana Yazova's poems.

Juliy Yordanov was born in Lom. He graduated from the Philosophical Faculty of the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and later the Faculty of Journalism. His creative work began in "Narodna Tribuna" newspaper in Lom, on whose pages he published his first literary-critical articles and works about the region. Later, he collaborated with "Septemvrielsko dello", "Delo", "Universe" and "Mont-press" newspapers, as well as several Sofia newspapers, in which he published literary criticism and research works about his home-town and the region. Juliy Yordanov is the author of numerous publications, literary-critical articles, as well as 12 books, including the book "Fate Penetrated by Pen" dedicated to Yana Yazova and Todor Borov.

He has won many national and international awards and awards for his publicist and journalistic work. He is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Writers and is a correspondent of the Union newspaper "The Word Today".

Some of Yana Yazova's most iconic poems were performed by Yoanna Dimitrova and Evgenia Nencheva on the literary evening, and Yuliy Yordanov introduced the audience with his in-depth investigations of authentic facts from the creative biography of the tragically passed away poetess. An interesting moment in the meeting was the statement of Kety Pirdopska, whose kin was the first fiancé of the poetess.
