JUBILEE MEDLEY "THEMIS - 5" WAS PRESENTED AT "SAVA DOBROPLODNI" REGIONAL LIBRARY- SLIVEN

A nice literary event - the presentation of the fifth edition of the literary collection "Themis" gathered artists and fans of modern and talented poetry and prose in "Sava Dobroplodni" Regional Library on December 13, 2013. Organizers of the event were the Cultural center of the Union of Lawyers in Bulgaria and the Society of the Union of Lawyers in Bulgaria.

The jubilee medley "Themis - 5" includes poetry and prose by authors - lawyers and it is richly illustrated with works by artists - lawyers.

Literary evening began with a speech, read by Professor Snezhana Natcheva, who told audience about the rich and various activities of the Cultural centre of the Union of Lawyers and about its initiative - publishing the literary collection "Themis". The lawyer Dimitar Genchev, a longtime editor of the medley, made a brief presentation of the anniversary edition emphasizing the contribution of the Chairman of the Editorial Board Prof. Dr. Kino Lazarov.

The evening continued with a literary reading in which their poems presented Keti Bozhukova, Violeta Kalaydjieva, Milena Radeva, Prof. Natcheva and Dimitar Genchev.

A brilliant finish of the evening was the opened in the lobby of the library exhibition of paintings by Sylvia Pehlivanova – an artist - lawyer.
