REPRESENTATIVES FROM FONDATION „AIDA” /VERONA, ITALY/ ON A WORKING MEETING IN „SAVA DOBROPLODNI” REGIONAL LIBRARY-SLIVEN

Meri Malaguti - an organizational director of Foundation “Aida” /Verona, Italy/ and Cecilia Cinelli – an assistant “International projects” in the same Foundation were on a working meeting from 12 to 14 April in Sliven. The visit was made in connection with the realization of the international project „European literary marathon”, in which the only Bulgarian partners is the Sliven regional library.

The project „European literary marathon” foresees to organize and carry on literary marathons in one and the same style and characteristics at one and the same time in several European countries on 9 May 2007. The marathons will be unique and innovative European events.

On a working meeting in “Sava Dobroplodni” Regional Library the guests have been informed about the organization of the marathon in Bulgaria. Some technical details, concerning the implementation of the marathons in all partners’ cities have been specified.

The Marathon in Bulgaria is organized by the support of the Ministry of culture, Regional administration-Sliven and Sliven municipality. Official meetings for the guests with the vice-minister of culture Mrs. Nadejda Zaharieva and the vice-governors Mr. Radostin Koychev and Mrs. Fatme Mustafova have been organized in connection with this. Other opportunities for carrying out projects in cooperation were discussed on that meetings.
