“ACCOUNTANT’S OFFICE”

The library has got the statute of a secondary regulator of budget credits with their own budget since 1.06.1996 and works by the system of the delegated budgets. “Accountant’s office” has been differentiated.

Budget expenses are formed on the basis of the planned own incomes and the planned subsidy of the municipality budget.  

Incomes are provided basically by the fees for library’s services, according to the current price-list of “ Sava Dobroplodni” regional library.

The library gets additional money from the republic budget by the budget of the Ministry of culture, from its partnership in various projects of the EC, sponsors and donors.
